About the Event

Join the National Fluid Power Association (NFPA) for an in-person outreach and recruitment event at North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University (NCAT). This event is your opportunity to connect with the next generation of engineering talent and showcase your company’s opportunities in the fluid power industry. Each participating company is encouraged to bring up to two representatives—ideally one HR/recruiting professional and one technical or engineering representative—to maximize student engagement.

Why Attend?

• Meet 60+ students from NCAT’s Fluid Power Vehicle Challenge Team, Fluid Power Club, and Fluid Power Academic Programs
• Share your company’s mission, culture, and job opportunities with engineering students
• Build relationships with potential future hires in a collaborative setting
• Participate in a discussion with NCAT's faculty to showcase the practical applications of fluid power projects in relation to their curriculum 

The agenda will include an outreach & recruitment session with engineering students, and an advisory discussion with NCAT faculty. Our official agenda will be confirmed once NCAT finalizes its faculty schedule for Spring 2027.
